They got me right in! After having the battery tested at 2 different places and being told my battery didn’t need replacing they were able to do a diagnostic and determine my battery was going bad and needed replacing. They got me in diagnosed, replaced my battery and my air filter all in about 2 hours (with no appointment). The price was so much cheaper than taking it to the dealership! The customer service was top notch!

Called to try to get caring earlier than schedules appointment and Cody go me in same day at time that worked for me. Tech took pics of issue and made recommendations. It was 1 hour from closing, and Cody and Tech started repairs and got the job done, before closing. Was a Great Experiance with friendly, professionalism. Will Definitely Recommend this Midas to others.

I have been here several times and never had any issues until today but won’t be back. I had an appointment for an oil change at 4:30. I was still setting there at 5:30 and they hadn’t even started on my car. I understand places run behind. I asked how much longer it would be before they were able to start on my car the guy stated they were running about 2 hours behind. No one bothered to tell me that when I arrived for my appointment. I asked for my keys back because I wasn’t able to wait. The guy went and got my keys and came back and said, “I am sorry about that love we can get you in tomorrow.” At the point I was very uncomfortable while I understand being friendly there are some words that are inappropriate to use when speaking to customers. Calling a customer “Love” is inappropriate. After getting home I called and asked to speak to the manager about the incident and asked that it be addressed. I was told by the manager the employee was just being friendly and he did not have any ill intent. The manager offered to let me come in for the oil change tomorrow, but at this point I am uncomfortable and won’t be returning. So if you are a young female taking your car there to get w

I had a great experience at Midas. I originally came in for an oil change, and I was pleasantly surprised that it included an inspection and tire rotation—something I usually have to pay extra for at Walmart. During the inspection, they let me know my brakes needed repair. I appreciated how they explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured. I didn’t have the money at the time, but they were patient and gave me options, and I was able to work out financing to get the repairs done. Overall, the service was professional, honest, and helpful. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend this location to others.

Patrick and Cody went out of their way to help me get my car rolling safely again. Patrick went out of his way to get me discounts and get me financed for some of the chargers. My car is driving so much better and I feel more comfortable driving the distances I drive... I will be back ... Highly recommended ❤️
